More OU Win Fun

A lot out there so let's keep going.

Start with watching the KState highlights if you haven't yet. Or even if you have it's fun to watch them again. And again.  You have to absolutely love Klein's TD run virtually untouched into the end zone at the 1:31 mark.  An amazing play that shows just how unstoppable we are the the goal line as he just patiently waits for his 6 total blocks that make that play happen.  Awesome stuff.

Remember that play Sproles ran a few years ago @Nebraska where he pulled the defender into the end zone who was grabbing on to his jersey?  I kinda felt like the Hubert TD run at the 2:23 mark had the makings of that.  Not so much that he drug a defender in for 6, but just his determination to score on that play was fantastic.  He absolutely schools #21 Wort.

If you don't like GoEmaw's elite breakdown of "empty backfield success" against the Sooners, you might like one from a slightly OU perspective.  This one is actually from Barking Carnival, which is supposedly unbiased but this has a decidedly Sooner feel to it.  Anyone else notice OU didn't blitz once in the game?  I missed that, even on my third time through the game via Big-12-No-Huddle.  Now THAT is a way to watch a game (for the third time).

I do like the fact that he says when we trot 5 WR's out he calls it the "Urban Meier inspired Spread Attack."  That's right. Our offense. With Klein. Being compared to Florida's. With Urban Meier at the helm.  Now you can OFFICIALLY say this team has arrived.

Weird Robert also agrees this team has arrived
and let's you know via his universally loved "L" hand signal.

Matt Hayes and the Sporting News continue to sing the praises of Snyder and the Wildcats.  The story never ever gets tiring.  Not any ground breaking journalism here, and they rehash the same sound bites anyone covering this story tends to toss out, but still great nonetheless.  (Stick around for the George W. Bush impression at the end.)
Look everyone it's a random Lou Holtz tweet.

This is pretty nice local Manhattan website for KMAN 1350am and their PowerCat Gameday program.  Klein speaks to being in the Heisman race and Arthur Brown talks about the biggest hit of his career.

----------------------------------------------
Because we never shy away from Heisman hype here at Purple Koolaid, I wanted you all to be aware that Klein is up to #2 in some polls in the Heisman watch.  And that's saying something, considering:
Chris Huston, A.K.A. ‘The Heisman Pundit‘, is a Heisman voter and the creator and publisher of Heismanpundit.com, a site dedicated to analysis of the Heisman Trophy and college football. Dubbed “the foremost authority on the Heisman” by Sports Illustrated, HP is regularly quoted or cited during football season in newspapers across the country. He is also a regular contributor on sports talk radio and television.
----------------------------------------------
But wait, it gets better.

Todd McShay breaks down the Heisman race, and just look to see who he's got leading the way.  It's too bad this video cuts out RIGHT when he makes this selection, but are you all really absorbing the fact that Klein is considered a TOP 5 PLAYER in the country right now?

I am in the 3rd layer of #Inception seeing this.

Random KState Fan tweet.

I want to like this video and song.  But I'm driven insane listening to this.
This video has potential if it wasn't accompanied by one of the most annoying
songs of all time.  If you hear it at a tailgate you are obligated to run over
and turn it off and yell " You'll thank me later!" as you run off.

In a sign of good things to come, our little vball team beat West Virginia to earn their first conference victory of the season with a 3-0 sweep of the Mountaineers to move to 14-1.  They currently sit at #15.
